We have experienced, qualified service technicians that are able to repair units quickly in the unlikely event of a breakdown. We also offer annual servicing, which can be combined with a load test certificate for the unit should it be required.
Mega-Hire offers comprehensive operator certification on all our hoist models
Certification takes between thirty minutes to one hour depending on the size of your team and can be done on the morning of delivery or before collection of a hoist. Operators will walk away understanding setup, deconstruction, operation, general maintenance, and safety when working with their relevant hoist.
